These terms apply when you request or book services from VS Technical Services.

1. Who provides the service

VS Technical Services is operated by Vitalii Solomka, a self-employed sole trader trading as VS Technical Services.

2. Services

Services may include property maintenance, handyman services, appliance diagnostics, coffee machine diagnostics and repair support, smart home setup and practical technical support.

3. Quotes and prices

Prices shown on the website are starting prices only. Final prices depend on the job, access, location, required time, parts and materials. Where possible, an estimate or quote will be given before work starts.

4. Appointments and access

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, service location, access information and a safe working environment. If access is not available or the job details are materially different from the enquiry, the price or booking may need to change.

5. Parts and materials

Parts and materials are normally charged separately unless included in a written quote. Some repairs may require inspection before parts can be identified.

6. Limits of service

Certified electrical installation work, Gas Safe regulated gas work and other regulated services are not offered unless specifically agreed with a suitably qualified professional. Minor suitable electrical tasks and basic diagnostics may be offered where appropriate.

7. Payments

Payment is normally due on completion or on receipt of invoice unless agreed otherwise. VS Technical Services is not VAT registered.

8. Cancellations

Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a visit. Repeated late cancellations or no-access visits may affect future bookings.

9. Liability

We aim to provide services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, hidden defects, customer-supplied parts, unsupported devices or issues outside the agreed scope of work.
